How long is the processing time?
Order will be processed within 24 hours after full payment is received. If full payment is not received within 24 hours, orders will automatically be cancelled. Once you have checked out the item you like, you should receive an order confirmation email from goshopmatic.com. We fulfill deliveries everyday. Once full payment is received, we will contact you to confirm the delivery or self-collection details within 2 days.
How long is the delivery time?
Items will be delivered to your preferred location within 3 days of delivery confirmation sent. Items will be delivered anytime from 9am to 10pm depending on our driver's delivery route as such, we are unable to provide a specific timing of delivery.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery fees starts from $50 depending on the item. Additional charges may apply if multiple items are purchased, complex assemble service involved, climb stairs and poor accessibility. Once order is confirmed with full payment, we will advise you with the finalised delivery fees and contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
Where can I self-collect?

Can I reserve the items and just pay a deposit?
Most of our items are single and unique pieces hence, we will require full payment to process your order. Items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If I receive a faulty/damaged item, can I request for a refund/exchange?
Most of our items are second-hand pieces hence they may have minor cosmetic flaws and imperfections. Terms & Conditions are as follows: 1. Please check goods upon delivery, no exchange/refund will be allowed AFTER acceptance. Any issue, please inform driver on the spot BEFORE they leave. 2. All electronic product/electrical appliances are entitled to 1 week warranty upon delivery 3. For self-collection (INCLUDING self arranged delivery services), items are considered sold and are non-refundable/non-exchangeable once they leave the warehouse. Please check the conditions of the items before leaving the warehouse. 4. Deposits and delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
